Rooms and Rates
When we stay in hotels we like to check them out first. We read reviews, check the location and – most importantly – we want to see pictures of the rooms. Lots of them. So here they are: guaranteed, non-airbrushed photos of what’s waiting for you at Guest and the City. Complete with descriptions and prices. No surprises (or at least not bad ones), just high-quality accommodation and a warm welcome.
And we really should mention the breakfast. a full buffet with your choice of bacon, eggs, sausages, tomatoes, beans, mushrooms, hash browns, juices and hot drinks… or if you prefer something lighter we have croissants and pastries, cereals, jams and spreads, toast and cheeses. And if you’re feeling particularly hungry, you can have the lot. You’re on holiday after all.

Feature Room 3 – Ensuite, Private Balconette & Stained Glass WindowFeature Room 3, on our first floor, also has a luxury en-suite shower and toilet with complimentary toiletries. From the balconette you can enjoy a partial sea view and a stained glass window depicting the Royal Pavillion and its gardens. They are at the rear of the house and have a city-scape view. They are smaller than our feature rooms and perfect for a short stay. Mini Double RoomAs the name suggests, this is a small room with a double bed squeezed in. It’s not everyone’s ideal room but it is perfect if you are travelling alone or on a budget but still want all of the nice things about staying at Guest and the City. The room is not en-suite but does have a private shower room and toilet a few stairs down from the bedroom for your sole use. Our Mini Double room includes a double bed with high quality Egyptian cotton sheets, Goose and Duck down duvets and soft supportive pillows.
